Terms of sale

By placing an order on www.amlighting.co you are subjected to the following terms and conditions.
All orders submitted are subject to AMLighting's (AM Marketing Pte Ltd) acceptance. In any case of unavailable items, AMLighting's (AM Marketing Pte Ltd) reserves the right to cancel the order.
The customer is responsible for checking against the invoice at the point of sale to ensure that there are no discrepancies in the order. AMLighting's (AM Marketing Pte Ltd) obligation is limited to fulfilling the items stated in the invoice, subject to the availability of such items.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the bank account used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of goods.
All prices advertised are subject to changes. AMLighting's (AM Marketing Pte Ltd) retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
All prices displayed are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD$) and is subject to 9% GST
Colors between physical products and pictures might differ from actual products. AMLighting's (AM Marketing Pte Ltd) shall not be held responsible for the color accuracy perceived.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover any information or pricing error for our products, we will inform you as soon as possible to offer an option of reconfirming your order or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled and a full refund will be issued.
All deposits made and goods sold are not refundable, returnable and exchangeable (unless found defective within 7 business days)
All items are subject to availability unless a deposit/full payment has been received, the lead time and prices are subject to changes without notice.
Prices published do not include installation.
All lamps do not include bulbs unless otherwise stated.
We usually ship your orders in 3-5 working days if the stocks are available, otherwise we will contact you to make further arrangements, if lead time is a concern do contact us prior to your order.
All items sold shall remain the property of 'AM Marketing Pte Ltd' until full payment has been made.

Warranty Policy

12 months warranty against manufacturer's defect(s) from the date of delivery (unless stated otherwise), 1-to-1 exchange only, excluding any labour and/or access equpiment. All replacements will be subject to stock availability.
3 Years warranty against manufacturer's defect(s) for IP20 LED Strip only from the date of delivery (unless stated otherwise), 1-to-1 exchange only, excluding any labour and/or access equpiment. All replacements will be subject to stock availability.
In the unlikley event that the purchased product is not working within the warranty period , please email us at enquiry@amlighting.co as soon as possible with your invoice number. Full refund shall only be applicable in the event that 1-to-1 exchange is unavailable.
AMLighting's (AM Marketing Pte Ltd) reserves the final right on any claims of physical defects for products.

Exchange Policy

All sales are final, exchanges shall only be applicable for manufacturer defects.
Items must be returned to AMLighting's (AM Marketing Pte Ltd) physically in unused condition with original packaging within 7 business days of collection/delivery.
We are unable to accept any exchanges for items that have already been installed, please kindly confirm the goods are in acceptable condition before installation.
Please email pictures of the damaged merchandise to enquiry@amlighting.co with clear description of the defects to initiate the process of exchange.
All exchange are subject to replacement availability.
AMLighting's (AM Marketing Pte Ltd) reserve the final right on any refunds or exchange request.

Delivery Policy

Delivery fees is charged at a flat rate of SGD$50.00 for orders below SGD$500.00. Delivery fee of SGD$50.00 is waived for orders above $500.00
Delivery costs will be charged in addition, such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the final cost stated in the invoice
When receiving delivery of the order, the customer or appointed party shall inspect the item(s). Should there be any discrepancy or defects, please write in to enquiry@amlighting.co with a short description and photos attached within 72 hours. The team will revert to you in 3 working days. Please note that once an order is delivered/collected, it is deemed that the order has been received in good order after 72 hours.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from shipment and postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
